Apple introduces iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max with 5G

Cupertino, California — Apple today announced iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, introducing a powerful 5G experience and advanced technologies that push the boundaries of innovation for users who want the most out of iPhone. iPhone 12 Pro models feature a new design and edge-to-edge Super Retina XDR displays, the largest ever on iPhone, protected by the all-new Ceramic Shield front cover, which provides the biggest jump in durability ever on iPhone. The Apple-designed A14 Bionic chip, the fastest chip in a smartphone, powers impressive computational photography features including the all-new Apple ProRAW for more creative control in photos, and enables the first end-to-end Dolby Vision video experience, up to 60 fps. The reimagined pro camera systems include an expansive Ultra Wide camera, a Telephoto camera with an even longer focal length on iPhone 12 Pro Max, and new Wide cameras to capture beautiful professional-quality images and video in bright and low-light environments. iPhone 12 Pro models also introduce a new LiDAR Scanner for immersive augmented reality (AR) experiences and MagSafe, which offers high-powered wireless charging and an all-new ecosystem of accessories that easily attach to iPhone.
iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max will be available in four stainless steel finishes, including graphite, silver, gold, and pacific blue. Pre-orders for iPhone 12 Pro begin Friday, October 16, with availability beginning Friday, October 23. iPhone 12 Pro Max will be available for pre-order Friday, November 6, and in stores beginning Friday, November 13.

Limbang: Sepasukan anggota dari Balai Bomba dan Penyelamat (BBP) Limbang memindahkan buaya seberat 800 kilogram sepanjang lima meter yang ditangkap di parit di Taman Perumahan St Edmund Limbang, di sini, semalam, ke kawasan selamat pagi hari ini.

BBP Limbang dalam kenyataannya berkata, sekitar 11 malam, reptilia itu ditemukan tersesat di dalam parit di kawasan perumahan itu menyebabkan kegelisahan penduduk di situ.

Justeru, katanya, sepasukan bomba dikerah ke lokasi membantu bagi menangkap serta mengikat buaya berkenaan di parit berdekatan kawasan perumahan berkenaan.

“Hari ini, bomba dengan bantuan Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC) ke lokasi menjalankan khidmat khas pada 8.25 pagi untuk memindahkan buaya itu.

“Pasukan bomba dengan bantuan tujuh anggota SFC mengambil masa hampir satu jam mengangkat buaya tembaga itu ke darat dengan menggunakan forklift,” katanya, hari ini.

Menurut kenyataan itu lagi, buaya diletakkan dalam kenderaan khas kemudiannya diserahkan kepada SFC untuk dihantar ke lokasi penyimpanan SFC di Kubong. – Harian Metro

Buaya cedera ditembak diselamatkan

Jurucakap Pusat Gerakan Operasi Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia (JBPM) Sarawak berkata, pihaknya menerima panggilan daripada pegawai Jabatan Hutan Sarawak (JHS) bagi mendapatkan khidmat khas menangkap buaya itu pada 10.59 malam tadi.

Beliau berkata, sepasukan anggota dari Balai Bomba dan Penyelamat (BBP) Limbang dikejarkan ke lokasi sebaik menerima panggilan itu.

“Setibanya di lokasi, didapati seekor buaya besar di dalam longkang dan ia agak agresif kerana difahamkan reptilia itu cedera selepas ditembak.

“Anggota kami berjaya menenangkan buaya itu selepas menutup matanya dengan kain sebelum mengikatnya di tepi pagar sekolah,” katanya.

Katanya lagi, pihaknya menghadapi kesukaran untuk mengeluarkan buaya itu dari longkang kerana terlalu berat.

“JHS hanya akan mengalihkan buaya itu pagi ini,” katanya. – Harian Metro
