Mee Kolo Sarawak / 砂拉越干捞麵/ Sarawak Kolo noodle
Kolo mee or mee kolo is a type of Sarawakian noodle dish made from egg, flour & water . It’s distinctive different from other type of noodles. Characteristically light and tossed in garlic oil & soy sauce and is served any time of the day for breakfast, lunch, and supper.
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl Sarawak Kolo Noodle
- 1 tbsp garlic & shallots oil 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Few slice of char siew
- 1 tbsp mince pork
- 1/2 deep fried garlic & shallots
- 1/2 chopped spring onion
Ingredients for noodle’s condiments:
Mince Meat:
- 300gm pork / chicken
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped shallots
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Chili pickles
- 2 sliced chili
- 1/2 bowl vinegar
